Application to become a mentee

Par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on requi­re­ments:

TUM fema­le stu­dents are given the oppor­tu­ni­ty to recei­ve sup­port from expe­ri­en­ced men­tors from renow­ned com­pa­nies. The con­di­ti­on is that they must be in the main or Mas­ter’s pro­gram or at least in the 3rd semes­ter of their Bache­lor’s pro­gram.

The appli­ca­ti­on pro­cess for the 2025/26 men­to­rING cohort ended on Octo­ber 16, 2025.
Inte­res­ted fema­le stu­dents can app­ly again from August 2026 on by ans­we­ring the here then published ques­ti­on­n­aire.

Important noti­ce:

Fema­le stu­dents from cer­tain majors may be more dif­fi­cult to place and not all cour­ses are 100% tail­o­red to all majors. Indi­vi­du­al events are desi­gned in coope­ra­ti­on with the pro­gram’s part­ner com­pa­nies. The­r­e­fo­re, plea­se pay atten­ti­on to the cur­rent part­ner com­pa­nies of the pro­gram!

In order to recei­ve a cer­ti­fi­ca­te of par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on, men­tees must have par­ti­ci­pa­ted in at least 5 of about 7 events of the pro­gram.
