Application to become a mentee
Participation requirements:
TUM female students are given the opportunity to receive support from experienced mentors from renowned companies. The condition is that they must be in the main or Master’s program or at least in the 3rd semester of their Bachelor’s program.
The application process for the 2025/26 mentorING cohort ended on October 16, 2025.
Interested female students can apply again from August 2026 on by answering the here then published questionnaire.
Important notice:
Female students from certain majors may be more difficult to place and not all courses are 100% tailored to all majors. Individual events are designed in cooperation with the program’s partner companies. Therefore, please pay attention to the current partner companies of the program!
In order to receive a certificate of participation, mentees must have participated in at least 5 of about 7 events of the program.
