TUM mentorING workshop “Managing Gender & Diversity” at Rohde & Schwarz
W
e were at the successful Munich-based family company Rohde & Schwarz on August 3, 2022 with the TUM mentorING program. Rohde & Schwarz is headquartered in the east of Munich and now has over 12,000 employees worldwide.
The fact that employees have been with the company for an average of more than 10 years demonstrates the attractiveness of this employer. As an innovative technology company, Rohde & Schwarz is always on the lookout for young talent, for which the TUM mentorING program is an ideal platform.
Our thanks go in particular to Maximilian Henninger, who guided us around the site as our host and provided interesting insights.
Under the leadership of Simone Schönfeld, Managing Director of our partner Cross Consult GbR, we also addressed the topic of “Managing Gender & Diversity — Utilizing All Potentials. Gender awareness for mentors!”.
