TUM mentorING workshop “Managing Gender & Diversity” at Rohde & Schwarz


e were at the suc­cessful Munich-based fami­ly com­pa­ny Roh­de & Schwarz on August 3, 2022 with the TUM men­to­rING pro­gram. Roh­de & Schwarz is head­quar­te­red in the east of Munich and now has over 12,000 employees world­wi­de.

The fact that employees have been with the com­pa­ny for an avera­ge of more than 10 years demons­tra­tes the attrac­ti­ve­ness of this employ­er. As an inno­va­ti­ve tech­no­lo­gy com­pa­ny, Roh­de & Schwarz is always on the loo­kout for young talent, for which the TUM men­to­rING pro­gram is an ide­al plat­form.

Our thanks go in par­ti­cu­lar to Maxi­mi­li­an Hen­nin­ger, who gui­ded us around the site as our host and pro­vi­ded inte­res­t­ing insights.

Under the lea­der­ship of Simo­ne Schön­feld, Mana­ging Direc­tor of our part­ner Cross Con­sult GbR, we also addres­sed the topic of “Mana­ging Gen­der & Diver­si­ty — Uti­li­zing All Poten­ti­als. Gen­der awa­re­ness for men­tors!”.
