TUM mentorING — job application simulation April 29, 2022
In the plenary session in the afternoon, the companies then presented their current application process. The students had the opportunity to ask all different kind of questions about the application process.
The mentorING program has existed since 2002, making it the oldest and one of the most successful mentoring programs at Technical University of Munich (TUM). It supports female students with the orientation on the labor market as well as personal and professional development.
