Stella Neuhofen
(Senior Project Manager)
Stella Neuhofen is a senior project manager and joined TUM International GmbH in 2019.
She is the project manager of the female mentorING program at the Technical University of Munich — the oldest and one of the most successful mentoring programs at TUM. Stella works closely with participating partner companies from the greater Munich area to increase the proportion of women in technology professions.
Stella also played a leading role in developing the TUMint Student Relocation Service. She also supervised the collaboration with the TUMint cooperation partner ZD Automotive GmbH from Ingolstadt and its German-Chinese incubator ZD Uni Innopark.
TUM International GmbH is the organizational unit of the cooperation between Evonik Industries AG and the Technical University of Munich. As project manager, Stella acts as a mediator and contact person between Evonik Industries AG and professors, scientists, high potentials and promising start-ups of the Technical University of Munich in all project phases.
Marketing projects, social media and maintaining the TUMint website are also part of her area of responsibility.
As a graduate geographer and trained advertising manager (IHK), her professional focus was previously in the field of foreign trade and location marketing. She worked for seven years for the Hessian business development agency of the Hessen Trade & Invest (HTAI) in the field of foreign trade and international location marketing. Her tasks were investor support, delegation trips and foreign trade fairs in close cooperation with local partners such as ministries, AHK , GTAI, embassies and consulates general.
Furthermore Stella has worked for the Bauhaus Luftfahrt e.V., developed an image film, pushed ahead with the showroom redesign and organized the company’s exhibition stand at the ILA 2018 (Innovation & Leadership in Aerospace) in Berlin.
Before joining TUMint, she was with the TUM School of Management in the
Executive Education Center for the preparation and follow-up of modules of the Executive MBA programs and events of the Executive Education Center responsible.
