IMPACTA — Innovative mentorship and policies for advancing change and transformation agenda for women business actors

The IMPACTA project addresses challenges of the Danube Region such as long-term unemployment, income disparities, gender financing gap through an entrepreneurial approach, centered on gender equality, economic empowerment, and the integration of vulnerable groups — young, rural, or undereducated women as well as minorities, and migrants — into the labor market. It focuses in particularly on women entrepreneurs and business angels in socially innovative sectors.

By collaborating across borders, sharing best practices, and leveraging collective resources, IMPACTA creates a more cohesive and supportive ecosystem.

The consortium is composed of eight partners — NGOs, Research Institutes, SMEs — from seven European countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Moldavia, Serbia, and Ukraine).

The project which is supported by the Interreg Danube Region Programme and co-funded by the European Union started in April 2025 and will run until March 2028.
