The Sci­ence and Inno­va­ti­on Lab of the School of Inter­na­tio­nal Busi­ness and Entre­pre­neur­ship (SIBE) stands for sys­te­ma­tic know­ledge trans­fer bet­ween sci­ence and busi­ness. As part of the Stein­beis Foun­da­ti­on, we ope­ra­te with an inter­na­tio­nal net­work of around 6,000 experts with the aim of sup­port­ing com­pa­nies of all sizes and from all sec­tors in the are­as of inno­va­ti­on and sus­taina­bi­li­ty in the sen­se of empower­ment. You will streng­then the Inno­va­ti­on & Inter­na­tio­nal Pro­jects team by con­tri­bu­ting your exper­ti­se in initia­ting and sup­port­ing inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry pro­jects that are imple­men­ted tog­e­ther with renow­ned cli­ents. In doing so, you will have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to use your own crea­ti­ve lee­way and actively con­tri­bu­te in a gro­wing busi­ness unit that deals with topics such as digi­ta­liza­ti­on, glo­ba­liza­ti­on and the ener­gy tran­si­ti­on.
Your tasks:
■ Acti­ve pro­ject acqui­si­ti­on with exis­ting and new cus­to­mers inclu­ding pre­pa­ra­ti­on and exe­cu­ti­on of sales appoint­ments
■ Pro­ject manage­ment and advi­so­ry acti­vi­ties at the pro­ject-giving com­pa­nies during the term of the pro­ject.
■ Coor­di­na­ti­on of coope­ra­ti­on with topic-spe­ci­fic, inter­na­tio­nal experts
■ Con­trol­ling of pro­ject acti­vi­ties in coope­ra­ti­on with the cus­to­mer
Your pro­fi­le:
■ Com­ple­ted Master’s degree, pre­fer­a­b­ly in natu­ral sci­en­ces, engi­nee­ring, or infor­ma­ti­on sci­en­ces.
■ Pro­ject acqui­si­ti­on expe­ri­ence an advan­ta­ge
■ Solid pro­ject manage­ment skills
■ Inte­rest in inno­va­ti­on topics in the sci­en­ti­fic envi­ron­ment, espe­ci­al­ly in the field of IT / digi­ta­liza­ti­on
■ You are cha­rac­te­ri­zed by fun at work, dyna­mism and strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills
■ Very good know­ledge of Ger­man and Eng­lish
For fami­lia­riza­ti­on, we offer a struc­tu­red, one-year trai­nee pro­gram inclu­ding per­so­nal men­to­ring, which is used to work on your own inno­va­ti­on pro­ject. In addi­ti­on, you can expect an inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry and inter­cul­tu­ral team, flat hier­ar­chies and an inno­va­ti­ve net­work of com­pa­nies and sci­en­tists.
