SIBE job offer with trainee program for master graduates => Consultant Innovation & Business Development (f/m/d) in Herrenberg / remote
The Science and Innovation Lab of the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) stands for systematic knowledge transfer between science and business. As part of the Steinbeis Foundation, we operate with an international network of around 6,000 experts with the aim of supporting companies of all sizes and from all sectors in the areas of innovation and sustainability in the sense of empowerment. You will strengthen the Innovation & International Projects team by contributing your expertise in initiating and supporting interdisciplinary projects that are implemented together with renowned clients. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to use your own creative leeway and actively contribute in a growing business unit that deals with topics such as digitalization, globalization and the energy transition.
Your tasks:
■ Active project acquisition with existing and new customers including preparation and execution of sales appointments
■ Project management and advisory activities at the project-giving companies during the term of the project.
■ Coordination of cooperation with topic-specific, international experts
■ Controlling of project activities in cooperation with the customer

Your profile:
■ Completed Master’s degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, or information sciences.
■ Project acquisition experience an advantage
■ Solid project management skills
■ Interest in innovation topics in the scientific environment, especially in the field of IT / digitalization
■ You are characterized by fun at work, dynamism and strong communication skills
■ Very good knowledge of German and English
■ Completed Master’s degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, or information sciences.

For familiarization, we offer a structured, one-year trainee program including personal mentoring, which is used to work on your own innovation project. In addition, you can expect an interdisciplinary and intercultural team, flat hierarchies and an innovative network of companies and scientists.
