Morwenna Joubin

Mor­wen­na has been working as a sci­ence mana­ger in the aca­de­mic field for the last 10 years. She gai­ned expe­ri­ence at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Pas­sau and the Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty of Munich, mana­ging inter­na­tio­nal doc­to­ral pro­grams in com­pu­ter sci­ence and inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry rese­arch net­works.

Her pro­fes­sio­nal jour­ney began as juni­or offi­cer for the sci­ence and tech­no­lo­gy depart­ment of the French Embas­sy in Ger­ma­ny.  In this posi­ti­on, she work­ed at the French-Bava­ri­an Uni­ver­si­ty Coope­ra­ti­on Cen­ter (Bay­France) in Munich whe­re she fos­te­red col­la­bo­ra­ti­on in rese­arch and edu­ca­ti­on bet­ween France and Bava­ria. As pre­vious sci­en­ti­fic coor­di­na­tor of the Ger­man-French Aca­de­my for the Indus­try of the Future (GFA), she con­tri­bu­ted to imple­ment a stra­te­gic coope­ra­ti­on instru­ment bet­ween Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty of Munich and Insti­tut Mines-Télé­com in France. 

Her inte­rest in tech­no­lo­gy and sci­en­ti­fic topics, along with her inter­cul­tu­ral com­pe­ten­ci­es, has been a valuable asset in navi­ga­ting pro­jects invol­ving diver­se stake­hol­ders from poli­tics, aca­de­mia, and indus­try.

Mor­wen­na holds a Bache­lor in Ger­man lite­ra­tu­re and lin­gu­i­stics and a Mas­ter Degree in Inter­na­tio­nal Rela­ti­ons with a focus on Euro­pean pro­ject manage­ment. 

Mor­wen­na joi­n­ed the team of TUM Inter­na­tio­nal in Octo­ber 2025 as a seni­or mana­ger.
