GEMA ’s IT sub­si­dia­ry — IT4IPM GmbH, pre­sen­ted by Teodo­ra Veli­no­va and our men­tor Ulri­ke Oben­dor­fer, also tur­ned out to be an exci­ting employ­er that most peo­p­le com­ple­te­ly unde­re­sti­ma­te.

Last but not least, Maxi­mi­li­an Hen­nin­ger and our men­tor Angels Via Estrem pre­sen­ted Roh­de & Schwarz, a very suc­cessful and still fami­ly-run tech­no­lo­gy com­pa­ny, and pro­vi­ded infor­ma­ti­on about the wide ran­ge of ent­ry-level oppor­tu­ni­ties for fema­le stu­dents. Roh­de & Schwarz is also a gre­at employ­er and curr­ent­ly offers stu­dents in par­ti­cu­lar around 70 (!) vacan­ci­es. 😲

At the end the­re was a deli­cious buf­fet with open exch­an­ge and nice con­ver­sa­ti­ons. Many fema­le stu­dents took the oppor­tu­ni­ty to talk to the com­pa­ny repre­sen­ta­ti­ves in per­son. Accor­din­gly, we chalk up the evening as a com­ple­te suc­cess! 👍
