👨🏼‍💻 Your tasks:

You will get a com­pre­hen­si­ve insight into our pro­jects and sup­port our pro­ject mana­gers in their dai­ly work — in par­ti­cu­lar

• in the orga­niza­ti­on as well as com­pre­hen­si­ve pre­pa­ra­ti­on and fol­low-up of events (from hacka­thons, trai­nings to dele­ga­ti­on trips and team events)
• in the con­cep­ti­on of pre­sen­ta­ti­ons for cli­ents from all over the world
• with diver­se rese­arch tasks (on a wide ran­ge of trend topics, from Cir­cu­lar Eco­no­my to Mobi­li­ty to Indus­try 4.0)

🎓 Your pro­fi­le:

• You are pur­suing a degree in busi­ness, event manage­ment or a com­pa­ra­ble field, or have recent­ly com­ple­ted your stu­dies
• You enjoy orga­ni­zing and main­tai­ning an over­view even with many tasks
• You are pas­sio­na­te about open inno­va­ti­on, event manage­ment and inter­na­tio­nal pro­jects
• You bring a high level of per­so­nal respon­si­bi­li­ty and a struc­tu­red approach with you
• Busi­ness flu­ent Eng­lish and very good MS Office skills com­ple­te your pro­fi­le
