InnoLeaders: Strengthening Innovation Capacity in Serbia
TUM International is proud to collaborate on the InnoLeaders project, an initiative commissioned by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia. Together with our partners NALED and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) at the University of Belgrade, we aim to develop and deliver specialized training programs for Serbia’s innovation workforce, structured into three key tiers:
- Innovation Leaders: Senior decision-makers and ecosystem drivers who will participate in an immersive innovation ecosystem experience in Munich in autumn 2025. This program offers unique opportunities for direct exchange and collaboration with leaders from the Munich innovation ecosystem, fostering strategic insights and leadership capabilities.
- Innovation Knowledge Brokers: Professionals who connect diverse innovation stakeholders, facilitating knowledge exchange and collaboration. They will receive targeted training programs delivered both in Belgrade and online, featuring involvement from experts within the Munich ecosystem to ensure high-quality, practice-oriented learning.
- Innovation Specialists: Skilled experts responsible for implementing innovation activities on the ground. They will also benefit from tailored training sessions conducted locally in Belgrade and via digital platforms, enriched with international expertise from Munich.
The InnoLeaders project leverages the strong expertise and best practices of the Technical University of Munich’s innovation ecosystem to design customized and impactful training tailored to the specific needs of each target group.
By fostering capacity building across all levels of Serbia’s innovation workforce, InnoLeaders exemplifies TUMint’s commitment to international collaboration, knowledge transfer, and innovation-driven growth.
