Cooperation between Evonik Operations GmbH and Technical University of Munich

Sin­ce 2015, TUM Inter­na­tio­nal has ope­ra­ted the coope­ra­ti­on office of the pro­gram form­er­ly known as Cen­ter of Tech­no­lo­gy and Know­ledge Trans­fer (CTKT), which crea­tes and opti­mi­zes syn­er­gies bet­ween Evo­nik Ope­ra­ti­ons GmbH and Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty of Munich.

TUMint acts as a neu­tral media­tor bet­ween Evo­nik on the one hand and pro­fes­sors, sci­en­tists, high poten­ti­als and start-ups at the Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty of Munich on the other.

In addi­ti­on to employ­er bran­ding and talent manage­ment, his core tasks include the con­ti­nuous eva­lua­ti­on of coope­ra­ti­on needs, the exch­an­ge of tech­no­lo­gies and ide­as, the media­ti­on and sup­port of joint rese­arch pro­jects, and access to the Munich start­up eco­sys­tem. In this way, TUMint pro­mo­tes and inten­si­fies stra­te­gic col­la­bo­ra­ti­ons bet­ween TUM and Evo­nik, thus enab­ling inno­va­tions to be gene­ra­ted more quick­ly.
