The workshop focused on empowering young female talents, bringing together bright students from Technical University of Munich and seasoned professionals from Deloitte.

Deloitte: A Gateway to Success for Female Students.
Deloitte took the opportunity to present itself as an attractive employer for the talented females. By recognizing the unique perspectives and skills that women bring to the workforce, Deloitte is dedicated to fostering a diverse workplace.

During the workshop, Deloitte representatives Saudamini Sonalker, Sebastian Kraus and Daniela Borowsky shared insights into the various entry possibilities within the organization, showcasing a multitude of career paths ranging from consulting and advisory roles to technology and finance.

By highlighting their commitment to professional development, work-life balance, and mentorship programs, Deloitte showcased itself as a place where female students can not only find a job but build a fulfilling and successful career.

Defining Personal and Professional Goals:
The heart of the workshop was a dedicated session where participating female students delved into their personal and professional goals. Let by our
inspiring team from TUM International Kathrin Albrecht, Dr. Aline Margaux Laucke and Stella Neuhofen the workshop created a nurturing environment for self-discovery and strategic planning. From short-term milestones to long-term visions, the students explored various facets of their aspirations.

Building a Supportive Network: One of the key takeaways from the workshop was the emphasis on building a supportive network. Female students connected not only with their mentors from Deloitte but also with each other.

Gra¬≠ti¬≠tu¬≠de to Deloit¬≠te: A heart¬≠felt thank you also goes to Sebas¬≠ti¬≠an Som¬≠merfrom Deloit¬≠te for his gre¬≠at sup¬≠port of this pro¬≠gram. ūüôŹ
