This week we hos­ted a work­shop with our Men­tees from the TUM men­to­rING pro­gram to ela­bo­ra­te their loca­ti­on and tar­get defi­ni­ti­on at our estee­med part­ner com­pa­ny Deloit­te. 🚀

Part­ne­ring for Suc­cess: At the inter­sec­tion of edu­ca­ti­on and indus­try, the col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with our part­ners such as Deloit­te con­ti­nues to yield incre­di­ble oppor­tu­ni­ties for growth and men­tor­ship. The work­shop focu­sed on empowe­ring young fema­le talents, brin­ging tog­e­ther bright stu­dents from Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty of Munich and sea­so­ned pro­fes­sio­nals from Deloit­te.

Deloit­te: A Gate­way to Suc­cess for Fema­le Stu­dents.
Deloit­te took the oppor­tu­ni­ty to pre­sent its­elf as an attrac­ti­ve employ­er for the talen­ted fema­les. By reco­gni­zing the uni­que per­spec­ti­ves and skills that women bring to the work­force, Deloit­te is dedi­ca­ted to fos­te­ring a diver­se work­place.

During the work­shop, Deloit­te repre­sen­ta­ti­ves Sau­da­mi­ni Sonal­ker, Sebas­ti­an Kraus and Danie­la Borow­sky shared insights into the various ent­ry pos­si­bi­li­ties within the orga­niza­ti­on, show­ca­sing a multi­tu­de of care­er paths ran­ging from con­sul­ting and advi­so­ry roles to tech­no­lo­gy and finan­ce.

By high­light­ing their com­mit­ment to pro­fes­sio­nal deve­lo­p­ment, work-life balan­ce, and men­tor­ship pro­grams, Deloit­te show­ca­sed its­elf as a place whe­re fema­le stu­dents can not only find a job but build a ful­fil­ling and suc­cessful care­er.

Defi­ning Per­so­nal and Pro­fes­sio­nal Goals:
The heart of the work­shop was a dedi­ca­ted ses­si­on whe­re par­ti­ci­pa­ting fema­le stu­dents del­ved into their per­so­nal and pro­fes­sio­nal goals. Let by our
inspi­ring team from TUM Inter­na­tio­nal Kath­rin Albrecht, Dr. Ali­ne Mar­gaux Lau­cke and Stel­la Neu­ho­fen the work­shop crea­ted a nur­tu­ring envi­ron­ment for self-dis­co­very and stra­te­gic plan­ning. From short-term mile­sto­nes to long-term visi­ons, the stu­dents explo­red various facets of their aspi­ra­ti­ons.

Buil­ding a Sup­port­i­ve Net­work: One of the key takea­ways from the work­shop was the empha­sis on buil­ding a sup­port­i­ve net­work. Fema­le stu­dents con­nec­ted not only with their men­tors from Deloit­te but also with each other.
