Elmir Alak­bar­li is curr­ent­ly pur­suing a Master’s degree in Manage­ment and Tech­no­lo­gy at the Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty of Munich (TUM), spe­cia­li­zing in Ope­ra­ti­ons and Sup­p­ly Chain Manage­ment with a minor in Indus­tri­al Engi­nee­ring. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Indus­tri­al Engi­nee­ring from Midd­le East Tech­ni­cal Uni­ver­si­ty (METU).

His inte­rests lie at the inter­sec­tion of ope­ra­ti­ons rese­arch, data ana­ly­tics, and inno­va­ti­on. Through indus­try intern­ships and aca­de­mic rese­arch, he has work­ed on pro­jects invol­ving opti­miza­ti­on, pro­cess impro­ve­ment, logi­stics, and decis­i­on sup­port, deve­lo­ping prac­ti­cal solu­ti­ons to com­plex ope­ra­tio­nal chal­lenges. The­se expe­ri­en­ces have streng­the­ned his inte­rest in app­ly­ing ana­ly­ti­cal approa­ches to inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry and inter­na­tio­nal pro­jects.

At TUM Inter­na­tio­nal, Elmir sup­ports the deve­lo­p­ment of inter­na­tio­nal edu­ca­ti­on and inno­va­ti­on pro­jects through rese­arch, stake­hol­der coor­di­na­ti­on, and pro­ject imple­men­ta­ti­on. He is par­ti­cu­lar­ly moti­va­ted by initia­ti­ves that fos­ter know­ledge exch­an­ge, streng­then glo­bal part­ner­ships, and build sus­tainable inno­va­ti­on eco­sys­tems.
