Cara Knott studied Behavioral- and Neurobiology (B.Sc.) at the University of Göttingen before studying Human Movement Science (M.Sc., cum laude) at the Free University Amsterdam. Her research focus was on the interaction between brain and muscles when generating precise hand movements, and how age affects this process.
After her studies in 2022, Cara co-founded the startup Madglove. Madglove develops and produces home-rehabilitation gloves for individuals with neurological conditions including Stroke.
As a founder of a MedTech startup Cara had diverse and dynamic responsibilities which prepared her for the beginning of her career as a Junior Project Manager at TUM International in September 2023.
