Acceleration Program for Entrepreneurial and Innovative Universities | Europe

The pro­ject aims to help hig­her edu­ca­ti­on insti­tu­ti­ons (HEIs) reach their full poten­ti­al in terms of entre­pre­neu­ri­al and inno­va­ti­ve impact. Fun­ded by the Euro­pean Com­mis­si­on, the pro­ject con­sor­ti­um (9 aca­de­mic and 5 non-aca­de­mic insti­tu­ti­ons) is deve­lo­ping and test­ing acce­le­ra­ti­on ser­vices to sup­port insti­tu­tio­nal trans­for­ma­ti­on of hig­her edu­ca­ti­on insti­tu­ti­ons over a four-year peri­od until 2026.

TUMint con­tri­bu­tes to the pro­ject through:

• Deve­lop a com­pre­hen­si­ve, impact-ori­en­ted metho­do­lo­gy for moni­to­ring and eva­lua­ting entre­pre­neur­ship and inno­va­ti­on per­for­mance at uni­ver­si­ties;
• Design and con­duct a series of work­shops to moni­tor and eva­lua­te results throug­hout the imple­men­ta­ti­on pro­cess;
• Advi­se uni­ver­si­ties on how best to defi­ne KPIs, track per­for­mance, and achie­ve tar­gets for entre­pre­neur­ship and inno­va­ti­on.
