Support female talents — mentorING event at attempto, 4th June 2024
Last night, participants of the TUM Female mentorING Program gathered at our partner company, attempto GmbH & Co. KG. Specializing in software solutions for banks, insurance companies, industries, and trade, attempto excels in implementing complex IT projects.
We had an enlightening evening, featuring inspiring insights from Lisa Böpple (geb. Schell) Böpple, Snehal Kulkarni, and Patric Betz about their careers at attempto. Engaging discussions and lively exchanges took place among all participants, complemented by a delicious buffet. 🥗🥘🍤🍹
A special thank you goes to Tugba Yasemin Kanter for the excellent preparation of the event and to Matthias Leukert and Heinrich Zierl for their great contributions.
Throughout the year, TUM female students benefit from the support of experienced mentors from prestigious companies, including attempto, which currently contributes three mentors to the program. The mentorING initiative aims to increase the proportion of women in technically-oriented companies and facilitate career entry for female students.
Since its inception, mentorING has partnered with mentors from over 60 companies in the greater Munich area. This collaboration allows partner companies to meet talented young female professionals and showcase their organizations at various events. As a result, many partner companies have successfully hired qualified female career starters.
