We’re loo­king for a Juni­or Mana­ger to join our agi­le and inter­na­tio­nal team.

Your role: Making inno­va­ti­on hap­pen!

As a Juni­or Mana­ger, you will play a key role in sha­ping and deli­ve­ring impactful inter­na­tio­nal
pro­jects at the inter­face of aca­de­mia, indus­try, and govern­ment. Your respon­si­bi­li­ties will
include:

  • Desig­ning and exe­cu­ting inno­va­ti­on for­mats such as hacka­thons and co-crea­ti­on work­shops
  • Faci­li­ta­ting and mode­ra­ting mul­ti-stake­hol­der mee­tings across sec­tors and cul­tures
  • Deve­lo­ping pro­ject plans, time­lines, and resour­ce allo­ca­ti­ons
  • Pre­pa­ring pro­fes­sio­nal docu­men­ta­ti­on: reports, white papers, pre­sen­ta­ti­ons, and stu­dies
  • Repre­sen­ting TUMint in inter­na­tio­nal set­tings and sup­port­ing pro­ject and part­ner acqui­si­ti­on


Your pro­fi­le: Ambi­tious, curious, cal­la­bo­ra­ti­ve

We are loo­king for someone who is rea­dy to learn, grow, and con­tri­bu­te:

  • Master’s degree com­ple­ted (requi­red)
  • 1–3 years of rele­vant expe­ri­ence in pro­ject manage­ment, inno­va­ti­on, or con­sul­ting
  • Under­stan­ding of the role of edu­ca­ti­on and inno­va­ti­on in regio­nal deve­lo­p­ment
  • A struc­tu­red and proac­ti­ve working style, with strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and orga­niza­tio­nal skills
  • Flu­ent in Ger­man and Eng­lish; other lan­guages are a plus
  • High inter­cul­tu­ral com­pe­tence and team spi­rit
  • Wil­ling­ness to tra­vel and work in inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry, inter­na­tio­nal envi­ron­ments
