TUM Inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal GmbH (TUMint) is proud to be one of the three acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon part\u00adners in the Acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adte Future HEI pro\u00adject, a ground\u00adbrea\u00adking initia\u00adti\u00adve fun\u00added by the Euro\u00adpean Uni\u00adon and spear\u00adhea\u00added by the Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty Indus\u00adtry Inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon Net\u00adwork (UIIN)<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As we reflect on our jour\u00adney within the con\u00adsor\u00adti\u00adum, we are eager to share our enthu\u00adsi\u00adasm and app\u00adre\u00adcia\u00adti\u00adon for being a part of this trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adve pro\u00adject.<\/p>\n

The Acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adte Future HEI pro\u00adject is a dyna\u00admic initia\u00adti\u00adve that aims to pro\u00adpel Hig\u00adher Edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon Insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons (HEIs) into the future by fos\u00adte\u00adring inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon, col\u00adla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon, and entre\u00adpre\u00adneur\u00adship. This EU-fun\u00added pro\u00adject, under the lea\u00adder\u00adship of UIIN, brings tog\u00ade\u00adther a diver\u00adse con\u00adsor\u00adti\u00adum of insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons com\u00admit\u00adted to sha\u00adping the future of hig\u00adher edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon.<\/p>\n

As an inte\u00adgral part of the con\u00adsor\u00adti\u00adum, TUMint has actively con\u00adtri\u00adbu\u00adted to the project\u2019s goals. We reco\u00adg\u00adni\u00adse that fos\u00adte\u00adring an entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adri\u00adal mind\u00adset is cru\u00adcial for navi\u00adga\u00adting the rapidly chan\u00adging land\u00adscape of hig\u00adher edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon. Our com\u00admit\u00adment to entre\u00adpre\u00adneur\u00adship and inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon ali\u00adgns seam\u00adless\u00adly with the objec\u00adti\u00adves of the Acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adte Future HEI<\/a><\/strong> initia\u00adti\u00adve. We all belie\u00adve in the importance of entre\u00adpre\u00adneur\u00adship and the cul\u00adti\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon of an entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adri\u00adal mind\u00adset in the hig\u00adher edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon envi\u00adron\u00adment.<\/p>\n

In the con\u00adtext of the Acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adte Future HEI pro\u00adject, TUMint is respon\u00adsi\u00adble for the moni\u00adto\u00adring and eva\u00adlua\u00adti\u00adon work packa\u00adge. A com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00adve M&E tool with respec\u00adti\u00adve gui\u00adde\u00adlines was deve\u00adlo\u00adped and shared with the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon part\u00adners within a joint work\u00adshop. As the first pro\u00adject year is coming to an end and we look ahead to the next pha\u00adses of the Acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adte Future HEI<\/a><\/strong> initia\u00adti\u00adve, TUMint is very exci\u00adted to start working with the part\u00adners on using and imple\u00admen\u00adting the M&E tool and moni\u00adto\u00adring their pro\u00adgress. We are com\u00admit\u00adted to gui\u00adding the con\u00adsor\u00adti\u00adum part\u00adners through their jour\u00adney of fos\u00adte\u00adring entre\u00adpre\u00adneur\u00adship and moni\u00adto\u00adring and eva\u00adlua\u00adting the pro\u00adgress of their insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons.<\/p>\n

The long-term goal is to not only enhan\u00adce their abili\u00adty to adapt to chan\u00adge but also inspi\u00adre a cul\u00adtu\u00adre of inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon and resi\u00adli\u00adence within the insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons.<\/p>\n

As we start 2024, we are hono\u00adu\u00adred to be an acti\u00adve par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpant in the Acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adte Future HEI pro\u00adject.
