Hig\u00adher Edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon Insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons (HEIs) can posi\u00adtively impact regio\u00adnal and Euro\u00adpe-wide social and eco\u00adno\u00admic deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment through edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon, rese\u00adarch and enga\u00adge\u00adment. Howe\u00adver, they requi\u00adre tar\u00adge\u00adted sup\u00adport to enhan\u00adce their capa\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adty to ful\u00adly rea\u00adli\u00adse their poten\u00adti\u00adal. Acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adte Future HEI will deve\u00adlop and test acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon ser\u00advices, to equip HEIs with the skills and capa\u00adci\u00adty to dri\u00adve their insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon towards beco\u00adming more entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adri\u00adal and inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adve insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons over the next four years. <\/div>\n
Hos\u00adted by the lead part\u00adner, Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty Indus\u00adtry Inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon Net\u00adwork (UIIN)<\/a>, the ambi\u00adtious pro\u00adject brings tog\u00ade\u00adther twel\u00adve Euro\u00adpean part\u00adners to deve\u00adlop and imple\u00adment acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon ser\u00advices. Spea\u00adking as the part\u00adners met for the first time in Ams\u00adter\u00addam, Sarah Jaber, Busi\u00adness Deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment Mana\u00adger, UIIN, explains, \u201cThe\u00adre will be many oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties to get invol\u00adved and bene\u00adfit from Acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adte Future HEI. It is an exci\u00adting and important time to focus on the future poten\u00adti\u00adal of HEIs. As experts in enga\u00adged, entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adri\u00adal, and inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adve uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adties and uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty-busi\u00adness col\u00adla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon, UIIN is deligh\u00adted to lead part\u00adners on this jour\u00adney to col\u00adla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adtively gain an under\u00adstan\u00adding of the hig\u00adher edu\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon sta\u00adtus quo and desi\u00adred future sta\u00adte, deve\u00adlop a road\u00admap and sub\u00adse\u00adquent\u00adly imple\u00adment and sup\u00adport pro\u00adgrams of chan\u00adge for HEIs through expert coa\u00adching, trai\u00adning and peer lear\u00adning in a net\u00adwork that will sus\u00adtain far bey\u00adond the scope of the pro\u00adject.\u201d<\/div>\n
As part of the pro\u00adject, the \u201cacce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon part\u00adners\u201d will work tog\u00ade\u00adther with two exis\u00adting HEI con\u00adsor\u00adtia as part of the Euro\u00adpean Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty Alli\u00adance<\/a> and EIT HEI Inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adon Capa\u00adci\u00adty Buil\u00adding initia\u00adti\u00adves to design the metho\u00addo\u00adlo\u00adgy for acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon ser\u00advices, which the HEI part\u00adners will test through deve\u00adlo\u00adping and imple\u00admen\u00adting insti\u00adtu\u00adtio\u00adnal trans\u00adfor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon pro\u00adjects. Not only will the pro\u00adject direct\u00adly bene\u00adfit the acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon of the invol\u00adved HEIs, but it will also fur\u00adther pro\u00advi\u00adde key lear\u00adnings and poli\u00adcy recom\u00admen\u00adda\u00adti\u00adons to sup\u00adport the acce\u00adle\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon of entre\u00adpre\u00adneu\u00adri\u00adal and inno\u00adva\u00adti\u00adve HEIs across Euro\u00adpe.
