Christoph Beer works as project manager at TUM International. Since May 2020, he is in charge of the Kutaisi International University (KIU) project, which is about the development of a university based on the TUM model for up to 60,000 students in Georgia. Furthermore, within the framework of the Asia Center of Excellence for Smart Technologies (ACES) he is responsible for the implementation of a competence center for qualification, project development and settlement in Malaysia together with Ms. Legtenborg.

Christoph Beer graduated in economics (M.Sc.) with a focus on economics of education from the Otto-Friedrich-University of Bamberg. Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on Administrative Science at the same university. During his studies he gained practical experience at the German Bundestag, the European Representation of the Federal Employment Agency and the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce. After his studies he started his professional career in the ERP solution sales department of a Munich IT consulting company. Afterwards he gained experience as regional manager for start-up culture at an economic development agency before he joined TUM International GmbH as junior project manager.
