Cristina Gaertner holds a German-French Master in Empirical Social and Political Sciences from the University of Stuttgart and the IEP Bordeaux. After graduation, she worked as Project Manager and Expert for a consulting company in the sector of International Development Cooperation. Her consulting services targeted institution building and organizational advisory in the water sector, primarily for countries on the African continent and in the Middle East. When joining TUM International GmbH in 2016, she started with the enhancement of the company’s university advisory services.
To strengthen the company’s university-industry approach she is today in charge of driving forward the Competence Center of InSITE BAVARIA. The business division stands for Industrial Site Development and combines an education and training environment at outstanding German quality standard with the sustainable development of innovation parks and industrial sites, including tailor-made technology transfer infrastructure.
