Nato is assisting TUM International to design a strategic document for newly established Kutaisi State University (KIU) in Kutaisi, Georgia.
 
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Tbilisi State University, Department of Western European Languages and Literature and studied in the United States, Vanderbilt University, Nashville Tennessee, at the Department Leadership, Policy and Organizations were she received her Master’s Degree in Education.
 
Nato has 20 years of work experience at national and international organizations. She worked as Head of Preschool Education Unit at the Ministry of Education and Sciences, as she coordinated among the early childhood field stakeholders development and adoption of the first law on preschool education in Georgia. She has work experience at UNICEF, as National Consultant on Preschool Education, at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on Vocational Education and United States Aid for International Development (USAID) program for Youth.
