(Juni­or) Pro­ject Mana­ger (m/w/d) Full time

Your tasks:

You will sup­port our team and enga­ge direct­ly with key insti­tu­tio­nal actors in indus­try and aca­de­mia to:

  • Con­cep­tua­li­ze and rea­li­ze open inno­va­ti­on for­mats (e.g., hacka­thons, co-crea­ti­on work­shops)
  • Orchest­ra­te and mode­ra­te mul­ti-stake­hol­der mee­tings
  • Crea­te pro­ject plans inclu­ding resour­ce plan­ning, sche­du­les and respon­si­bi­li­ties
  • Pro­du­ce pro­to­cols, pre­sen­ta­ti­ons, stu­dies and white papers
  • Repre­sent the com­pa­ny and sup­port in glo­bal pro­ject and part­ner acqui­si­ti­ons


Your pro­fi­le:

  • You have a com­ple­ted master’s degree
  • You pre­fer­a­b­ly aqui­red 1 to 3 years of expe­ri­ence in pro­ject manage­ment or con­sul­ting
  • You have a solid under­stan­ding of inno­va­ti­on and the role of edu­ca­ti­on in regio­nal deve­lo­p­ment
  • You are an inde­pen­dent, goal-ori­en­ted indi­vi­du­al with a struc­tu­red way of working, good com­pre­hen­si­on and orga­niza­tio­nal skills
  • You are flu­ent in Ger­man and Eng­lish, pre­fer­a­b­ly also in French
  • You pos­sess gre­at social and inter­cul­tu­ral skills
  • You enjoy tra­vel­ling and working in an inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry and ser­vice-ori­en­ted indus­try
