Our team needs rein­force­ment as soon as pos­si­ble with you as a

(Juni­or) Pro­ject Mana­ger (m/f/d) in full-time

Your tasks:

You will sup­port our team and work direct­ly with key insti­tu­tio­nal stake­hol­ders in busi­ness and aca­de­mia to:
— Con­cep­ti­on and imple­men­ta­ti­on of open inno­va­ti­on for­mats (e.g. hacka­thons, co-crea­ti­on work­shops)
— Orchestra­ti­on and faci­li­ta­ti­on of mul­ti-stake­hol­der mee­tings.
— Crea­te pro­ject plans inclu­ding resour­ce plan­ning, sche­du­les, and respon­si­bi­li­ties.
— Pre­pa­ra­ti­on of pro­to­cols, pre­sen­ta­ti­ons, stu­dies and white papers
— Repre­sen­ta­ti­on of the com­pa­ny and sup­port in glo­bal pro­ject and part­ner acqui­si­ti­on

You con­vin­ce us with that:

- You have a com­ple­ted master’s degree
— You have pre­fer­a­b­ly gai­ned 1 to 3 years of pro­ject manage­ment or con­sul­ting expe­ri­ence
— You are an inde­pen­dent, goal-ori­en­ted per­so­na­li­ty with a struc­tu­red way of working, good com­pre­hen­si­on and orga­niza­tio­nal skills
— You speak flu­ent Ger­man and Eng­lish, pre­fer­a­b­ly also French
— You have a high level of social and inter­cul­tu­ral com­pe­tence
— You enjoy tra­ve­ling and working in an inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry and ser­vice-ori­en­ted indus­try
