TUM International GmbH is a subsidiary of Technische Universität München that develops and implements university-related projects with national and international partners from science, politics and industry.
We are consultants, developers and managers of science sites, innovation ecosystems, knowledge transfer and competence centers worldwide.
Our team needs reinforcement as soon as possible with you as a
(Junior) Project Manager (m/f/d) in full-time
Your tasks:
You will support our team and work directly with key institutional stakeholders in business and academia to:
— Conception and implementation of open innovation formats (e.g. hackathons, co-creation workshops)
— Orchestration and facilitation of multi-stakeholder meetings.
— Create project plans including resource planning, schedules, and responsibilities.
— Preparation of protocols, presentations, studies and white papers
— Representation of the company and support in global project and partner acquisition
You convince us with that:
- You have a completed master’s degree
— You have preferably gained 1 to 3 years of project management or consulting experience
— You are an independent, goal-oriented personality with a structured way of working, good comprehension and organizational skills
— You speak fluent German and English, preferably also French
— You have a high level of social and intercultural competence
— You enjoy traveling and working in an interdisciplinary and service-oriented industry
